Hotell med pool i Yoxall

“Vi bodde två nätter och hade frukost i rumspriset. Dessutom åt vi middag på hotellet. Tyvärr fick vi vänta väldigt länge på maten, ca en timme. Fin frukost. Mycket vacker park att promenera omkring i, dessutom finns golfbana, tennisbana samt spa. Stor gratis parkering, vackra rum, mysig bar och fin miljö i restaurangen, bra service. Vi gjorde utflykter i området, bil är nog ett måste för att kunna ta sig någonstans. Hotellet kan verkligen rekommenderas.”

“My friend and I had a lovely stay. Room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, shower huge. Used the spa facilities, which again was very nice, not too busy, only negative was would have liked robes in the room. It would have been good if the bar stayed open afer 12 though as would have enjoyed a quiet night cap after christmas party. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection.”

“Check in was perfect Alex was great, she showed us were our room was and booked a taxi for us. Room was perfectly spotless and great view of the gardens. Also had food in the restaurant again was outstanding. The faciluties are fantastic. We will be back to stay would definiyely book for a spa weekend. ”

“I didn't use breakfast, so I can't comment about it. I am not qualified to characterise the eco-friendly aspects. It is annoying that the survey doesn't allow alternative options for answers. However, my stay at Mercure Hotel West Bromwich was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had situations. “I know that there is limitations in service during COVID but this was ridiculous. The breakfast service was very poor, the request for 2 toasts and 2 frieds eggs was not possible to meet from from Hotel. On the other hand was the dinner service on the terrace very nice and good service. JN disappointed guest that also is a status member in both establishment. Hotels.com GOLD / BW Rewards DIAMOND”
