Regarding the disturbance from the guest next door: the only wall adjacent to the bedroom wall is in the stairway in the building. I've checked the surveillance camera and no one ever banged on that wall. I really don't know what happened but you appeared to like the place so well that you checked out 2 hours late. Thanks for staying though.

There were several issues with his stay, including constant marijuana use, even after I sent him warnings about the strong smell coming from the unit. His friends also knocked on the door of the other unit at 3:45 am laughing, disturbing my other guests on purpose. He was charged for the smoking violation, which resulted in this bad review.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and thanks for the kind words. Just to clarify, the unit downstairs is a CBD store; not a dispensary (however there is a dispensary across the street). Recreational marijuana was just legalized here, so we're all experiencing that familiar aroma. (-;
