  • This light filled loft has all the luxury feel of a Downtown Chicago loft with 10 foot ceilings, large windows and exposed brick! You will enjoy cooking in the brand new kitchen and cleanup is easy with a full sized dishwasher! Just steps from Hyperion Coffee, Sidetrack, Aubree’s pizza and so many other great spots! This loft is a brand new space set in a historic building that was originally a hotel in 1839, then barracks used for the civil war in 1862. Amazing history!

Everything was great! Beautiful and clean loft with everything you need for stay. Very quiet and comfortable. Stores are close by in case you need anything as well as lots of places to enjoy food and drink.

We had the best stay here. Located in a cool part of town that was walkable from the apartment. My wife and I had a fun time exploring the area. Communication from the host was great and directions for check in and out were very clear. We will be staying here again next time we are in town.

Amazing stay

The loft was extremely clean, our daughter has leukemia and we were very impressed with how clean everything was! The building was very quiet and comfortable. We loved staying here! They even had two pack and plays for kids!

Tremendous locaton

This apartment is very chic in a great location. It is in the depot neighborhood of Ypsilanti with several boutique shops and restaurants in easy walking distance of the property. It is also a short distance from Eastern Michigan University. Cleanliness and convenience are top notch here. Excellent property!

Perfection

Ypsilanti was the halfway mark on our drive to Northern Michigan and we picked the perfect place to stay. The apartment was even more lovely than the pictures, spotless, and had a great restaurant right downstairs. There was even a car show across the street which we enjoyed!

Perfect Place

We enjoyed a two nights stay here while visiting our daughter in Ypsilanti. The location was perfect. Very close to downtown businesses and restaurants so very walkable. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. The beds extremely comfy. Linens top notch. Overall pretty wonderful.
