“The hotel was dated and run down. The room had marks all over wall and had a strong odour of damp. There were limited staff and the older lady at breakfast was really rude and huffed and puffed. The cups were disgusting all stained. Breakfast items kept running out.”

“Unfortunately the pool is still out of action but that aside it was a good stay. Very helpful staff very clean and comfortable room, good breakfasts, jams at the toast area gets messy and sticky perhaps a re-think needed there, parking excellent. Only grumble was the noisy extractor in our bathroom it needs replacing, we used torches to use bathroom in the night so as not to waken our neighbours but we did report it to reception and hopefully it will be fixed for next guests. Overall a clean and...

“I chose the B&B based on location, coming from a long drive through Wales. I missed the fact that the pub is closed Mon/Tue: mea culpa. Was contacted via WhatsApp with check-in instructions. Worked for me but perhaps not everyone. The room, under the roof, was a bit hot. ”

Llechwen Hall Hotel
Llechwen Hall HotelNelson
10/10 Utmärkt
The hotel might be a bit remote and not particularly close to any specific tourist attraction, but the quality of the hotel makes a visit just for the accomodation itself worth while. It's a perfect retreat with beautiful rooms and it's situated in the middle of a wonderful, serene scenery. After staying here one night, for us the hotel itself has become an attraction to revisit.
