“Central AC of the rooms was turned off, so my room was 27 degrees celsius. After going to front desk to ask to be switched on, I was offered a fan. Not what we would expect from a Sheraton Resort experience... After a complaint to corporate guest services, I had my room changed to one that had individual AC.
