“Maybe our expectations were too high but we were not happy with our stay. On the positive side was the location just next to MRT. Also the daily free afternoon snacks buffet was a nice gesture. Room was spacious but felt worn, we liked the big windows and the view though. The bathroom had just about zero lighting making it impossible to put on make up, there was a separate mirror with lightning on the desk but it was equally bad lightning and no use. Roof top restaurant service was slow both...

“As hotel guests, we felt very well taken care of. The service was always friendly, attentive and helpful but at the same time discreet. We had a large room, always well cleaned, stocked with water bottles, mineral water and Taiwanese sweets. Very good breakfast which was more like a brunch with a daily choice of fish, chicken and pork to order. Every day HH with wine and buffet with hot and cold snacks. On Saturday, the general manager of the hotel mixed perfect cocktails during HH. The hotel...

“If your looking to meet new people on your trip This is not the place for you. It's a japanese hostel as I found out when I checked in. Nothing wrong with that but the staff and guests didn't speak english. Otherwise really good hostel.”

“房間乾淨、浴室超大、早餐好吃。”

“今までいろいろなホテルに泊まりましたが、最悪でした。詳細を書くとまた腹が立ち体に悪いので、簡単にかきますが、完全にホテルのミスで真夜中5時間も粗末な椅子で待たされたのに、まずお詫びをしない。呪ってやりたくなりました。2度と行きません。 いいのは立地だけ。近所に美味しい店があります。スーパーコンビニは近いです。”

“This was an oasis to us during our multi-week trip in Taiwan. The hotel had a free "coin-laundry" service which meant that we could to a lot of laundry in the evenings. The hotel also had a lot of other beneficial stuff like a 24/7 free ice cream bar and a basic but nice breakfast. It is also quite close to the train station and other public transport. The room was very nice and spacious. Good planning on their part! The only negative I have to say about our stay is that we could hear the...
