“This place is yet another hidden gem in the beautiful city of Merida! Right on the main gastronomic district street (Calle 47) near Centro and Paseo de Montejo. It was a tranquil and beautiful oasis. Walking distance to all the great restaurants like Oliva Enoteca, 130 Grados, and more! Sorry I don't have names of the staff but all were fantastic!”

“The facility is beautiful. Elegant, in great shape, and quiet. The location is excellent - two blocks away from Paseo Montejo. The beds are comfortable and the staff is superb. SUPERB.They take hospitality serious here. I'd recommend it to anyone. ”

“Very nice place. Large rooms, simple but good breakfast, friendly staff and a beautiful patio. We had booked a king size bed but got two separated queen sized beds, so contact the hotel to make sure you get the room you booked. Ask the staff for a tour and they'll tell you the history of the buildings. The Hacienda VIP, which is located next door, has a bit fancier rooms, but we prefered the Hacienda since it felt a bit more homy and a little less quiet (even though it was very quiet too).”
