The Space:

Each bedroom is tastefully appointed with luxury Tuft and Needle mattresses and pillows along with cooling plush pillow toppers, ensuring a restful night's sleep.



The bathrooms boast premium bath products, adding a touch of indulgence to your stay.

Guest Access:

The entire property is yours! Please note that there are three closets in the home that are locked to guests as they are being used for supplies. Located in the hallway on the left side of the home, in the main bedroom walk-in closet and lastly, in the kitchen.



The Neighborhood:

The home is situated in a beautiful and tranquil area of Yucca V



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.



Other Things to Note:

► When Booking:

There is an adjustment to the rate per night for reservations exceeding 4 guests.



► Dogs

Ember Stone welcomes your dogs! There is a $150 fee for up to 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Cats and other pets are not allowed.



If pets are to be left alone at the property, we do require that they are securely crated to ensure the safety and well being of your pet while you are away.



► Parking

Please note that street parking is not allowed in this neighborhood. All guests and visitors of the house MUST PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY ONLY. The city issues hefty citations to homeowners for any car parked on the street, even momentarily. Guests will be responsible for any citations incurred during their stay.



► Firewood for Indoor Fireplace

If you'd like to use the wood burning fireplace, please note we do not provide firewood. If you'd like to enjoy the fireplace, we recommend picking up bundles of firewood at a local grocery store or gas station in town.



► Cowboy Pool Service:

We have an 8' cowboy pool available for guests to use. The cowboy pool is serviced on Fridays between 8am and 10 am, just so you are aware our spa technician will be there to treat it around that time. Please note that these times are an estimate and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly to the backyard to service the cowboy pool.



► The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.

► Putting Green

Please no driving off the green.



► Trash & Recycling Service

Trash day is Thursday. The trash company will bring the cans out and back in.



► Cleaning Fee

100% of the cleaning fee goes directly to our hardworking cleaners.
