Getting Around:

We recommend traveling by car to explore Joshua Tree for maximum flexibility, as ride sharing services are unreliable. If you prefer not to drive, the local taxi service Lucky 777 is a dependable option. Our property offers free parking for up to four vehicles to ensure your car is kept secure during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

3:00PM Check-In: We'd love for you to check in before 8pm so you have plenty of daylight to settle in and get comfortable before dark.



HVAC: Central heating and air conditioning are provided throughout the home to keep guests comfortable in every season.



PETS: We love dogs! We welcome dogs for a fee of $60 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Please note that no other pets are permitted at this property.



ROAD CONDITIONS: The property is located on a dirt road and access to the house is also partially dirt roads. Four wheel drive is NOT required - compact dirt road/driveway.

CELL SERVICE: Reception has not be a problem for most major carriers but it can be spotty in the desert. We encourage you to enjoy the slower space anyway :)



WILDLIFE: You will likely experience a plethora of wildlife at the property from insects, to giant jackrabbits, to yipping coyotes! If you're bringing a pet or small child, PLEASE supervise them at all times to ensure their safety at your own risk!



THE DESERT: The Desert is a beautiful, magical + unique experience. Expect sand, dirt + wildlife! Your shoes might get dirty ;) Also, we have beautiful plants around the house for your enjoyment, yet, they get quite thirsty out here in the desert. Feel free to delight in giving them an extra drink of water to keep them beautiful for everyone! Lastly, we do our absolute best to keep the property clean before your arrival, yet the desert can experience strong winds that may unfortunately carry litter/debris/branches with them. Thank you for understanding!



NEIGHBORS: Please be mindful of neighbors + noise levels, particularly at night! We have wonderful humans who live next door and we would all love to respect and enjoy the incredible peace + quiet of the desert. ***Simply please be considerate - please no loud outdoor noise/yelling/blasting music after 8PM! Should you receive a noise complaint, you will be responsible for paying any penalties.***

We like to respect our guest’s privacy, so you won’t see too much of us - unless you need us to come by. We will be available to answer any questions you may have and to help make your stay more enjoyable.
