“Our 4-night stay at the Ascott service apartment was pleasant and smooth. The bed was comfortable with just the right level of firmness, and the four supportive pillows helped ease our tired necks after long days of travelling. The TV was easy to operate, with many local channels and content available, although it was difficult to link to our phone for screen casting. “Aircondition out of order and could not be fixed. 30 degrees in the room. Very few english speaking staff. Most did not understand a word. Rooms need redecoration.”

“Nice hotel with good location. Even better when new metro station open just outside the entrance. Big and spacy rooms with good breakfast on the 28th floor with a marvelous view. Good for a weekend trip on the same metro line as the railway station.”

“The room is pretty clean and has technology(Virtual assistant). I saw the pic showing the room has a Dyson hair dyer, but in reality, it doesn't. Overall, perfect location and cleanness. Note the highest level is 6. Don't expect too much. Recommended. ”

“It was tricky to find the entrance, as other reviewers have mentioned - for reference it is on Lujiali across from the Suwu office building - but the apartments were conveniently located, clean and very comfortable. The staff were also really lovely. There wasn’t a lot of cutlery but the kitchenette worked fine for basic cooking. I recommend as a food place to stay in central Nanjing. ”
