As for the outside of our property being dirty you must consider the dust storm that came through prior to your arrival that may have lowered our normal cleanliness standard. Hi Pamela, the market prices in Yuma varies depending on how busy the town as a whole is. We often are at close to capacity everywhere and rooms become in high demand. Outside of the price, I hope we were able to make your stay a pleasurable one.
