This quiet cozy home is Less than a mile away from the airport. We welcome you to come to enjoy your own private pool. You will also have a dedicated workspace with a desk. Close to all your shopping needs and Yuma golf country club. Algodones is about 25 minutes, and San Luis Mexico is approx. 45 minutes. Please note POOL IS NOT GATED, AND NOT HEATED. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN NEVER LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED.
The space
We offer 3 bedrooms each bedroom has a queen bed and a TV.. 2 full baths with one tub. We also have a child's bed and a crib. TV in the living room and all bedrooms. wifi provided, and a desk if you're on a business trip. Washer and dryer Access. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, full-size refrigerator Cooking utensils. Enjoy your first cup of coffee is on us. Enjoy a relaxing time in our beautiful outdoor pool area. We provide a Charcoal Bbq Grill. We love all pets, Although please keep in mind some people have allergies. To be courteous to all of our guests we DO NOT allow pets, No smoking in the house.

The Entire house, EXCEPT for the GARAGE and 2 Closets across from the master and the first closet at the entrance will be used as utility/ supplies.

We kindly as that you close and tie Patio umbrellas at the end of the day, it gets windy here sometimes.

BBQ- to enjoy during your stay, don't forget it's a charcoal grill. (Charcoal not provided ) Please, we ask that you empty ashes once cooled off into the trash can.
