The Space:

This spacious and thoughtfully arranged 80 m² house offers plenty of room for couples, families, or groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With generous living spaces, 2 separate bedrooms, additional sleeping space in the living room, and a practical layout, the house provides a welcoming home-away-from-home experience.

The house features a bright and spacious living room where guests can relax and spend time together throughout their stay. The living area includes a comfortable double sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 guests, providing additional sleeping space while still maintaining a comfortable area for relaxing during the day.

There are 2 separate bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed. The separate bedrooms provide additional privacy and make the house particularly convenient for families, two couples, or groups of friends travelling together. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and generous interior space allow everyone to enjoy their own area while still having plenty of shared space to spend time together.

The house also features a private bathroom with a shower, offering a clean, practical, and comfortable space for guests to refresh after a day exploring the surrounding area, visiting the nearby beaches, or simply relaxing.

With approximately 80 m² of interior space, the house provides a great balance between private and shared areas. Guests can enjoy the comfort of 2 separate queen-size bedrooms, the additional double sofa bed in the living room, and a spacious setting that makes both short holidays and longer stays comfortable.

Nea Figaleia has road connections with Zacharo, Kyparissia, Pyrgos and Andritsaina. Guests arriving from Athens or Kalamata can enjoy a scenic drive through the Peloponnese before reaching the village.

Having a car is recommended during your stay, especially if you would like to discover the area's beaches, traditional villages, Neda Waterfalls and archaeological sites.
