Ok men inget för de ljudkänsliga
Det positiva med hotellet var att det var så nära huvudgatan Krupówki, helt ok pris och att personalen i receptionen var trevliga och tillmötesgående. Däremot hördes det in från rummet bredvid (vi bad om ett tystare rum men kunde höra tv och snarkningar ändå) och rummet var någorlunda slitet, samt hade obekväm säng och kuddar. Men allt som allt är vi nöjda efter några få nätters vistelse, vi hade även fin utsikt mot bergen!

We have just returned from hotel. Pros - good location just off Main Street, good swimming pool, spa, sauna area, good size rooms Cons - no welcome drink as suggested by Expedia as included, walls thin and can hear guests next door , house keeping infrequent and when it does happen towels are not changed, sofa bed uncomfortable

Fabulous stay
Fabulous stay, great location very central, really enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Would highly recommended

Overall the location of the hotel is perfect if you like to spend a night or two in order to explore the town and surrounding areas.

Poor breakfast and charge on credit card without p
I mean, okay it’s only a 3 star hotel and it does have a pool (which was good) but the staff are rude and the overall vibe of the hotel is poor for the price. The breakfast is charged at 40zl per person and is nothing special. I had to force 2 fried eggs out of them. I chose to pay at property with local currency, however they went ahead and charged the card that was attached to my hotels.com account without permission. This has resulted in excess feees and a poor exchange rate. This practice needs to stop immediately. The hairdryer in the room didn’t work and there was only one additional one at reception. Overall it’s not a terrible hotel, just the attitudes from reception and at breakfast make me make it low.

Lokalita výborná , priamo v centre len bez parkovacieho miesta ktoré je vedľa hotela za 10 € na deň. Vankúše na izbe nepohodlné a matrac už má čo to za sebou. Výborný wellness a raňajky .Za tú cenu 100€ na noc by som očakával oveľa kvalitnejšie pohodlie.

Very nice accomodations. Close to the main shopping and dining area. It was easy to get to Tatra National Park.
