Kapodistria Villa 1 measures 120 sq.m. and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms in total. The spacious ground level (which alone measures 65 sq.m.) offers its guests a double sofa-bed, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. This is not all, of course: there is also a bedroom equipped with a double bed. The living room and the bedroom enjoy a direct access to the balcony and the swimming pool. The first floor has two bedrooms, which feature a private bathroom with a shower each! One bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and the other has two single ones that can be combined into a queen-size bed, if you wish.
