Lithakia Balcony Villa

Lithakia Balcony Villa, a spacious villa built on a hillside, can accommodate up to 16 guests and is about 400 sq.m big. The villa offers three apartments with separate entrance, two of which are located on the ground floor and one – the biggest, on the first floor.

The two ground floor apartments offer separate entrance and two bedrooms. Their decoration is similar, whereas they can accommodate 4 guests each. Each has an open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and a second one with two single beds, that can be joined into one queen sized. Both bedrooms offer air-conditioning, whereas there is a bathroom with walk in shower and washing machine.

The top floor 4-bedroom apartment is the biggest one and has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be joined into one queen sized bed and one master bedroom with a queen sized bed. All rooms are air-conditioned. The apartment offers two bathrooms one with walk in shower and one more with bathtub. The main living room is spacious and opens to a big balcony with views over the sea and pool. One big fully equipped kitchen and dining area are also found here.

Also, the owner lives in the premises, on the attic of the property.

*Please note that for up to 8 guests only the 4-bedroom first floor apartment is available. Up to 12 guests is available one 2-bedroom ground floor apartment too. For more than 12 guests all three apartments are available.*

The outdoor spaces offer a private swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi with sea views. Around the pool there are several sunbeds, whereas among the facilities of the villa a built barbeque with wood oven and dining area, as well as a pool table are found.

The owner of the villa lives quietly in the attic above. He respects the guests' privacy, rarely interacting unless needed. His presence is discreet, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed stay. You can enjoy your time at the villa without worry, as the owner leaves you entirely to yourselves.
