Welcome to our charming apartment, La Casita de Requejo! Strategically located in front of the Virgen de la Concha Hospital and very close to the Provincial Hospital, our apartment is situated next to the prestigious University of Salamanca and the Laboral University, providing you with the convenience of being close to the academic heart of the city. Additionally, we are within walking distance of the lively Plaza de la Marina and the Vista Alegre shopping center.

Recently renovated, our apartment features three beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen-size bed, another with two twin beds, and a versatile third room. The spacious living room has a sofa that converts into a 1.40 bed, ideal for relaxation or accommodating additional guests. Our apartment can host up to 6 adults and 2 babies in available cribs.

Enjoy the unobstructed views and abundant natural light that fills the entire apartment, creating a cozy atmosphere. The dining area in the living room is perfect for gatherings and social moments, with a comfortable sofa, television, and a dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, ensuring a pleasant stay.
