Not worthy of its 5 star rating.
The outdoors area of the hotel is fantastic. The plants are green and taken care of, the pool is nice and the view is great! The range of activities was also good. However, we were extremely disappointed by our room. Extremely outdated and is in dire need of a renovation (the showers and taps were almost unusable, the toilet still has the old pumping system, and we had a sewage smell in the bathroom). The food was also mediocre. Additionally, it's been a while since I've seen 'towel cards' in a 5 star hotel. Other comments complained about the service, but we had no issues at all. All in all, not worthy of its 5 star rating unfortunately.

1. Otäta myggnät 2. AC lät så man inte kunde sova 3. Inte rena sängkläder 4. Personalen det sämsta jag varit med om. Beställde roomservice fyra dgr innan vi lämnde. Påminde 3 ggr. Hade inte kommit när vi checkade ut. 5. Gick ej att beställa mat eller dricka, det tog en timme att få en kaffe. 6. "Stranden" är lite sand vid poolen. 7. Management helt ointresserade av våra synpunkter. 8. Hotellet är helt dött - ingen service alls, baren stänger 11 och därefter kan man inte ens få en vatten. 9. De serverade flera saker på menyn utan fullständiga ingredienser - avocadosallad utan avocado. 10. HELT OACCEPTABELT!!!

Hotellets miljö var helt enastående. Vackert, lugnt och avkopplande. Servicen var kanske inte vad vi är vana vid på 5 star hotell i Europa men det kan man ha överseende med. 100% nöjda

Blir tråkigt med endast hotelser. Barens service var urusel trots få gäster . Var vanligt att man fick vänta mellan 30 till 60 minuter men personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Fanns de som sett barnhemmen stå och titta men inte göra något.

Perfect plays for relaxing
We had a wonderful stay att Sea Cliff. The sunset was beautiful, and the wonderful buffés at night was delicious. It is a wonderful plays with a lot of things to do, or just sink down in one of all the lounges sofas for a quiet time. The pools are huge and with a view that has to be seen. We can really recommend this hotel to spend a relaxing week.

Mycket fräscht hotell !
Vi hade en fantastisk vecka på Sea Cliff ! Rekommenderar gärna hotellet till mina vänner. Bra service , bra mat, bra med Shuttlebuss till Stonetown som ligger ca 25 minuters resa söder om Mangapwani.

Fint hotell med mycket aktiviteter på området (gym, tennis, cykling, squash mm). Servicen och maten har blandat kvalitet. Området och hotellets vy är jätte fint. Rekommenderar verkligen hotellet.

Sehr schöne Anlage, sehr gutes Personal - störend war, dass uns beim Einchecken der eigentlich zustehende Upgrade nicht vergeben wurde, da keine Zimmer verfügbar. Hatte aber den ganzen Aufenthalt den Eindruck, dass entsprechende Zimmer leer standen.

The property was on a cliff by the ocean, very scenic! The management and staff were rude, disrespectful, and thoughtless. Traveled on my husband’s birthday and check in took over an hour as they couldn’t locate the expedia booking. Did nothing special for the husband’s birthday, even on request. Meanwhile the airport hotel we stayed at night before noticed that the husband was traveling on bday and surprised us with a song for him next morning. Beds were uncomfortable and creeky and real bad pillows. Stray cats all over the property.

Pros: nice grounds on the property, lush and green, nice room with ocean view and soaking tub, delicious menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, spa services have affordable prices and Lucy gave a fantastic deep tissue massage and the plunge pool was in a nice quiet area. Cons: not a swimmable beach, pool hours 7am-7pm and inconsistent service during meal time. Consistently waiting over 15 minutes for silverware and drink orders and not clearing plates. This was frustrating, especially when it was not during busy hours.

The spa services was excellent the food was Good, Room was ok amd so generally all the services were up to the expectations execpt for the fact that they don't have mobile money payment method which is very convenient especially on holidays and weekends..what if the one looses his or her Atm card but has money on their mobile app. They need to have a mobile money payment method for convenience. 7 out of 10.👍

Très jolie hôtel cependant il n’y as pas de plage , les repas sont bons et variés . Nous sommes déçus car nous avions prévenus l’hôtel que le Check in se fera tôt ils ont pris en compte notre par mail mais arrivé là bas ils nous ont fais attendre de 8h30 du matin à 13h sur un canapé. A savoir aussi que personne ne parle français .
