“Amazing and welcoming staff, great food, clean and well appointed room with super comfy linens, pillows and bed! Slept so great, and with Ocean view room heard the waves whether door open or closed. Loved our stay here! Appreciated the refillable bottles of water, the fridge and hot water kettle. The whole Hotel is gorgeous and right next to two Beaches. “A great hotel with a nice pool, beautiful garden and good food. Friendly and service minded staff. An extra plus for the large refrigerator in the room. Carillo beach is approx. 2 km from the hotel and is one of the nices and family friendly beaches we saw in CR. If you don't have your own car, the hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the beach every hour. The hotel also brings sun beds and a fresh water shower for the guests to use at the beach. “Large clean room, nice bed. Small but nice pool. Amazing location. We stayed “all inclusive”. The food was a bit below expectations at such a quality hotel, and many dishes on the menu was never available. The staff was rather unstructured, late to take orders, forgot orders taken, delivered starters at the same time as main dish etc. Having said that, almost all the staff was always smiling and really tried their best. The drinks were ok. ”
