A stylishly furnished living space with a large sofa, flat-screen TV, and open kitchen with a kitchen island — perfect for long evenings together. There is plenty of room for everything at the dining table for 8 people. The villa features four bedrooms and three bathrooms with rain showers; the Master has a bathtub. For families: cot, high chair, and toys are available. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms on the upper floor.

Accessibility
The ground floor is fully wheelchair accessible. There is a bedroom and an adapted bathroom with a walk-in shower, shower chair, grab bars, and toilet grab bars. An aid rail helps with getting up from the sofa. Parking space (2 cars) is directly accessible from the garden.
