The location is very central within the Netherlands. Amsterdam is a 45-minute drive away, Utrecht 30 minutes, and Harderwijk 10 minutes.

The property is not rented to groups of young people.
Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties, drug use, etc., is prohibited in the house. No music is permitted outdoors or at a volume audible outside.
Guests must not cause a nuisance to neighbors or other local residents.
Quiet hours at the park are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
This holiday home is available exclusively for recreational purposes. Bookings made by companies for employees will be cancelled, and any applicable cancellation fees will be charged.
