It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Thanks to the smart layout, everyone enjoys plenty of privacy while still being able to spend quality time together. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedrooms upstairs have an airconditioning for the warmer summer evenings. 

Would you like to stay with a larger group? Then there is a sofa bed available on the landing, making the villa suitable for up to 8 people.



Modern Kitchen and Cozy Living AreaThe open-plan kitchen with cooking island invites you to enjoy cozy evenings together with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Quooker tap, induction hob, steam oven, combi oven and a Nespresso machine.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the stylish sitting area offers the perfect place to relax together. Whether you end the day with a good conversation, a glass of wine or a fun board game, this is where memorable evenings are spent in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.



Relax by the Water and Unwind in the HottubAt the rear of the villa you will find the spacious garden, where you can fully enjoy outdoor living. As the finishing touch, the hottub offers the ultimate relaxation experience while overlooking the water.

You can also enjoy long and atmospheric evenings outdoors. The garden features two fire tables, for which we kindly ask you to arrange or bring your own gas bottle. In addition, the villa includes a Kamado BBQ XL, perfect for elaborate outdoor dinners. On the upstairs terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views and a peaceful spot in the sun. For extra comfort during warm summer evenings, insect screens are available downstairs and in the master bedroom.
