Chalet Carina next ski slope

Chalet Carina offers generous space across three floors – ideal for large families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing yet active holiday in the Austrian Alps. Renovated in 2025, the chalet combines traditional alpine style with practical comfort and charming details throughout.

On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, large fridge and coffee machine. A small dining nook provides a cozy spot for breakfast or a quiet coffee break. Right next door is the spacious dining room, offering enough space for the whole group – perfect for shared meals, game nights or long chats over a glass of wine. From here, a door leads directly into the garden. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet – ideal for full occupancy.

Upstairs, on the first floor, are five bedrooms. Three of them feature comfortable double beds, while two combine a double bed with bunk beds – a great option for families with children. Each bedroom includes its own washbasin, adding extra comfort for group travel. A separate toilet and an additional shower are also available on this floor. A special highlight: three of the bedrooms offer direct access to the balcony with beautiful views over Zell am See and the surrounding mountains – a peaceful way to start the day.

In the basement, you’ll discover a true highlight: your own private cellar bar – the perfect place for fun evenings, music and good company. Just next door, a cozy games and lounge room invites you to relax or spend time together – whether on a rainy day or after skiing. In summer, the large garden is ideal for sunbathing or simply taking in the fresh mountain air.

A dedicated ski storage room is available for your equipment. Wi-Fi and on-site parking are included free of charge.

The location of Chalet Carina adds to its comfort: The nearest ski slope is just about 100 meters away, and a bus stop with direct connections to the town center and Schmittenhöhe is just 50 meters from the house. Lake Zell is within walking distance – ideal for swimming, walking or boat rides. Zell am See train station is approx. 1.5 km away, and Salzburg Airport can be reached in around 90 minutes by car.
