There are a total of 4 sleeping spots available, spread across 2 bedrooms. These are located on the first floor and in the attic; each is furnished with a large double bed (180x200) and offers a stunning view of the Moselle.
A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor rounds out the accommodations on the sleeping floors.
On the first floor, there is a cozy living room with a small sitting area, a dining area, and a cozy wood-burning stove. From here, too, you have a direct view of the Moselle.
A fully equipped kitchen completes the amenities on the first floor.

A few steps lead up to the covered terrace, from which you can enjoy a lovely view across the property’s small vineyard toward the Moselle. Here, you can enjoy convivial evenings with delicious local wines just as much as a relaxed breakfast.
For sunbathers, the uncovered part of the terrace offers plenty of space for sunbathing to your heart’s content.

Merl is a lively little district of Zell with a long history.
Some of the Moselle’s best steep-slope Riesling vineyards can be found here. Various local winemakers offer the opportunity to experience the quality of their wines firsthand at tastings or at wine stands.
Several restaurants are within walking distance in town and offer a wide range of options, from light bites to fine dining. Zell and Bullay are each just a 5-minute drive or bike ride away. There, you’ll find a variety of dining options.

Shops for daily necessities (supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, etc.) are a 5- to 10-minute drive away.

For those who enjoy sports, there are various options along the Moselle (running trails, bike paths, hiking trails).

There are many other recreational opportunities in the surrounding area; for example, guests interested in history can visit various castles. In Bad Bertrich (about 15 km away), the Vulkaneifel Therme offers a wide range of relaxation options.
