Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

The welcoming living room features a 40-inch TV and plenty of plush seating. Mix a craft beverage at the bar, then cozy up by the gas fireplace.

Prepare your favorite foods in the well-equipped kitchen, then gather at the dining table. Or, step outside to barbecue burgers on the gas grill and dine alfresco in the fresh alpine air. Afterward, indulge in a relaxing soak in the mountain view hot tub on your private balcony.

Complimentary WiFi, cable TV, a high chair, and a washer/dryer are provided as well.

Your reservation includes a pass that allows you to access the on-site Lake Village amenities, including a seasonal heated pool, a hot tub, saunas, a playground, seasonal pickleball and tennis courts, and a clubhouse with Ping-Pong and pool tables.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Me my family had the most relaxing vacation. Property is close to downtown South Lake Tahoe, the hot tub was wonderful, and I had a very cozy atmosphere.

My family and I had an AMAZING time in Tahoe for the holidays. Definitely felt cozy and like home. The location of the property was in such a perfect spot, just a 5 min drive from the casinos, shops, fun and food. The jacuzzi was a hit for my family and I as well, great scenery, specially in the mornings. The beds could use some updating, they were pretty squeaky. Any time I needed anything, support was a phone call away and resolved right away.Overall, my family and I had a beautiful, relaxing experience and we’ll definitely be booking again the next time we come into town. Thank you for having us!

This property was almost perfect for our party of 8. Just needs better beds but they weren’t that bad. Perfect location for skiing and everything else we did.

We arrived to the unit and immediately noticed we had no bath towels. We called Vacasa and asked for more towels, we are now checked out and still waiting for those towels. We also had no cable on the upstairs bedroom, called and never addressed. Safety Issue - the patio door handle became loose and fell off on day one, again still waiting on maintenance to fix. Someone was on the comfy bean bag chair when they felt a drops of water on their head, looked up and noticed a leak. Called maintenance on that, still waiting on someone. Asked for someone to come and test the hot tub water for safe chlorine and pH levels after we used the hot tubs and felt itchy afterwards. Yep, still waiting on that person to arrive. The next complaint I give Vacasa a little latitude on as there was a huge snow storm when just before we arrived, however we had to shovel our way into a parking spot and a path to the 28 un-shoveled and all iced over staircase. About day 4 a team finally arrived to clear the stairs off. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in working order. We cooked there daily with no issues other than the kitchen faucet coming loose. Called on that too, no one showed to fix it. Washer and dryer are nice and full size.

First of all I can say the check in process was easy and their communication with me was spot on, that was the positive of the whole experience. The property was outdated dirty there was hair in the bathrooms. The beds were like a cot on each one they were absolutely horrible to sleep on and we left early because of it. The baseboards were rotted the whole place was out of date it needs a complete overhaul if they want to have this is a rental property making money off of this. Access to the place was steep stairs so caution there. We had assigned parking and someone was in our spot the entire trip so we pissed off everybody else around us because we had to park in other spots.

Location excellent! Minutes away from Heavenly Village, beaches and hiking. Plenty of room for 5 adults, 2 children and a dog. Beautiful sunset viewing from the hot tub on the deck! Condo a little “tired” but clean. Just be ready to do 2 flights of steps to get in. It was good exercise!
