Guests will enjoy unrestricted access to the apartment, including the exclusive treat of our rooftop pool. The property entrance is private and is one of the few places in the area that has elevator it offers all comforts imaginable - air conditioning for the warm summer days, extra pillows and blankets for comfort, and a first aid kit for peace of mind.

Free parking is available on the premises, and a taxi service right outside ensures effortless travel.

The Neighborhood:
A small quaint fishing village on the Pacific Coast of Mexico – Zihuatanejo has retained its old-world charm as a local fishing village with picturesque cobblestone streets, local markets, artisan shops, and cafes. The local action remains focused around the principal beach where you can watch the fisherman arrive with their morning catch and later dine on fresh seafood accompanied by a zesty lime margarita as the Mariachis heartfelt lullabies linger into the night.

Getting Around:
The building is situated at the intersection of two districts in Zihua- La Madera and La Ropa. You will virtually be living IN the Madera Beach, while just enough above it to appreciate the rhythm of the beach and the people who use it. You will be able to walk everywhere in 15 minutes if you choose- to downtown and to supermarkets and the Central Market. If walking is not your thing there are waiting taxis right outside the front door. Or you can mix it up by walking down the hill and taxi back home up the hill.

Our location boasts proximity to a series of charming attractions, such as the Partenón del Negro Durazo, Malecón Zihuatanejo, Plaza Kioto, and the Museo Arqueológico de la Costa Grande, all sure to embellish your holiday memory book. Great location and accommodations were wonderful.

The villas is in a wonderful location. We had everything we needed and the roof top pool made the vacation perfect.Would stay here again.
