Detta lugna sjöhem ligger bara 1 timme frÄn tvillingstÀderna! BelÀget pÄ vÀstra sidan av Little Elk Lake (nÀra Zimmerman, MN) och ligger pÄ en 1 tunnland stor trÀdbevuxen fastighet med en hisnande sydostlÀge, utsikt över sjön framför perfekt för spektakulÀra soluppgÄngar.

Ta in alla höstfÀrger med vandringar genom Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge eller Minnesota Sand Dunes State Forest. I slutet av dagen utforska, koppla av och titta pÄ höstfÀrgerna som reflekterar lugnt pÄ sjön. FÄnga Viking fotbollsmatch pÄ den gigantiska 155 tums projektionen 4k tv pÄ övervÄningen.

Nyligen uppdaterades huset vackert med ett fantastiskt kök för att inkludera en vinkylare. Utrustade med nya möbler. Det Àr helt enkelt sagt, en perfekt plats att koppla av med familj och vÀnner, njuta av en kopp kaffe pÄ morgonen pÄ uteplatsen eller kanske njuta av ett glas vin pÄ kvÀllen nÀr solen gÄr ner. Rymmer upp till 16 gÀster. 1-King-sÀng, 2-Queen sÀngar, 1-Full futon soffa. 4 - dra ut soffor med drottningssÀng, och 1 - dra ut en bÀddsoffa. För att fylla pÄ det Àr det expansiva loftet pÄ 21'x30 med en vÄt bar och ett kylskÄp under disk, ett bra stÀlle för barn och barnbarn att komma undan och spendera tid nÀr de vuxna kopplar av vid sjön.

Great family time!!

Had a great time here. 3rd year we have been here and everything is great. Lots to do, great property and easy communication with host when needed. We will be back for sure!!

Our family of 8 had an absolutely amazing time at this property
again! The setup of the house is great for us. Our teen daughter brings 2 friends with her and they spend a lot of their time in the large living space above the garage (3 fold out couches and a large screen TV). We hardly know they are there! The entire property screams pride of ownership. The swimming area is great with an Aqua fan to keep it clear of weeds. A water trampoline was added since last year and that was a big hit with our crew! Communication with Joan the owner is easy and her response is always quick. We have already begun to look at dates to book for next year in the next couple weeks! Can’t recommend this property and owner enough!

Great Family Vacation

This cabin was amazing. From booking, checking in, staying and checking out was very easy. The house was amazing. The big room with the “movie theater”, as the kids put it, was a hit. The yard was great. The dock and trampoline were a hit for swimming and fishing. Thanks for sharing your space with us to create memories.

Annual family trip!

We had another amazing week at the lake house! We have decided to make this an annual family vacation. The home is lovely, clean, and has everything we could ever need! The lake is amazing as well as the dock. It is so easy for our littles to use the stairs and play in the shallow area. The home owners are accommodating and kind. We had the absolute best time!

Beautiful !

We had an awesome vacation at this beautiful home. Our grandkids spent all day fishing and swimming, hard to get them ouut of the water. We had lots of laughs, lots of fun and made great memories. The home was clean and fit our needs. Joan was very quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend to stay at this property..

Perfect gathering place

Beautiful location

A couple of friends and I went for a weekend getaway. Beautiful location. We had a little problem with hot water--the property manager took care of it quickly. The lake is beautiful with lots of bird sightings.

Leadership Retreat

Our college ministry took a weekend away for our leadership retreat and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious. The views of the lake were amazing. We definitely would love to come back.

Beautiful Minnesota Experience

We visited in March so couldn't use the lake but enjoyed watching the amazing waterfowl gather and interact including merganzers, buffleheads, giant Canadian geese and swans!! We also watched shore birds hunt including a great blue heron that stalked the shore leaving footprints in the sandy bottom visible through the beautifully clear water. We enjoyed watching over the beautiful scene with coffee in the morning and wine at night. We enjoyed the many outdoor seating options We hiked the nearby Sherburne wildlife area and saw swans nesting and cranes in the fields and marshes. The home is beautifully finished with thoughtful extras available like spices and bath products. Thoroughly enjoyed our relaxed time in this welcoming home.

Great place on the lake

We enjoyed our winter weekend stay very much! We were a group of 14 ages 17-70. We had fisherman in the group and brought our own fishhouse, which helped with sleeping (4 slept on the lake in fish house), the other 10 slept in the house, and I think you'd be hard pressed to actually sleep 16 as advertised, unless you have smaller kids who can sleep anywhere, as the majority of the beds were sleeper sofas, which our group did not find very comfortable. The loft room is awesome with huge TV, there is also limited seating for larger groups at meal time, but none the less, we had a great time and would recommend this rental, but maybe pack some air mattresses or alternative sleep options if you have fussy sleepers! Host had great communication and the home was very clean!

Cousin Time

The house worked great for our family gathering. The kids especially liked having the loft area as their “hangout”. Lots of space for different activities. The nice big kitchen worked well with multiple cooks.

Great Stay

This was my second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. House is very clean and completely stocked with everything you could need. Kitchen is well appointed. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Yard is beautifully manicured. Joan is a great host. I can't wait to go back again!

Perfect cabin getaway!

We hosted a girls weekend and had an absolute blast. It was perfectly located just an hour away from the cities and was big enough to give everyone their space yet had a cozy vibe to spend meaningful time with your favorite people! We used their dock to store our rented boat, which worked great. And spent most of our time sitting on their patio taking in the beautiful view. Joan was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. Would definitely return!

Family vacation

We had the absolute best time! This house was perfect for our entire family including our two toddlers. The house was clean, family friendly, and absolutely beautiful. The dock was excellent for little ones to play by. Having the additional kayaks available was also a huge plus! This vacation was memorable to say the least. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in Zimmerman!
