The charming "Zum Zeesenboot" duplex is a lovingly furnished vacation rental for 5 people on the first floor of the Freesenbruch Vacation Park in Zingst—ideal for families or couples who want to relax together on the Baltic Sea.

With approximately 65 m² of living space spread over two floors, you’ll enjoy a modern vacation atmosphere and the highest level of comfort. On the first level, the cozy living room with a seating area, TV, radio, and DVD player invites you to linger. The adjoining dining area seats five people. From here, you can step out onto one of the two furnished balconies—perfect for sunny breakfasts or an evening with a view of the greenery.

The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, and dishwasher—so you can comfortably prepare your own meals even while on vacation. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed (2 × 90 × 200 cm), fly screens on the windows, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

The second floor features another bedroom with a double bed. The apartment includes an extra bed as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. This makes the vacation rental ideally suited for 5 people. A second bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine provides additional comfort—especially for longer stays or when traveling with children.

Small children under 3 years of age stay free of charge upon request. A travel crib is available in the bedroom. Bicycles can be stored safely in the lockable shed.
A real highlight is the free swimming pool on the fenced-in grounds of the vacation park—open year-round. A sauna is available for a fee by arrangement.

The Freesenbruch Vacation Park is idyllically situated on the edge of the forest and right next to a nature reserve. For families, it offers a large playground with a variety of play equipment, a soccer field, a ping-pong table, and even a walk-through play ship.

The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the center of Zingst are only about a 15-minute walk away. Since 2024, two charging stations, each with two ports for electric cars (22 kW), have been available in the park’s outdoor parking lot.

The vacation park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly situated at the edge of the forest.

The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.

Children can play and run around to their hearts’ content on a large meadow.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of play equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a carousel, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.

It’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the town center.
