"Eichhörnchen" Vacation Home – Comfort on Two Levels with Pool Access
Enjoy your vacation in a cozy vacation home with a pool in the heart of the idyllic Freesenbruch vacation park in Zingst. This 69-square-meter middle townhouse spans two levels and accommodates up to four people—perfect for couples, small families, or friends.
On the first floor, you’ll find a stylish living area with a cozy seating area, an ethanol fireplace for atmospheric evenings, a flat-screen TV, and a Blu-ray recorder. The dining table comfortably seats up to four people. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, and dishwasher—ideal for self-catering guests.
A guest restroom and a separate entryway and coat closet area provide additional comfort. From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished terrace, which invites you to relax outdoors.
Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed (two mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm), and the other with two single beds. The bright bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and its own washing machine. Children under three years of age can stay for free upon request.
A special highlight is the vacation park’s pool area, which you can use free of charge year-round. The vacation home with a pool is therefore perfect for relaxation not only in the summer but also during the cooler months. A sauna is available for a fee by arrangement.
The vacation park is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, right next to a nature reserve. Family-friendliness is a top priority here: on the spacious playground, your children will find a climbing frame, swings, a carousel, a ping-pong table, a soccer field, and even a small play ship.
The “Waldhaus” restaurant will treat you to Nordic-Bavarian cuisine. Two modern charging stations for electric cars have been available on the premises since 2024.
It’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach or to the center of Zingst. Here you’ll find everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay on the Baltic Sea.

The vacation park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly situated on the edge of the forest.

The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that’s open daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.

Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large meadow.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of play equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a merry-go-round, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.

It’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the town center.

Since 2024, there have been two charging stations, each with two charging ports (max. 22 kW), in the vacation park’s outdoor parking lot.
