This house is a peaceful and beautiful retreat, featuring a bright living room with integrated kitchen, one double bedroom, a sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom 🚿, air conditioning ❄️, and private parking located 2 minutes away on foot 🚗. Just a small but important note! The parking space is suitable only for small cars (maximum height 2.00 m, maximum width 2.00 m) 📏😊.
📍 Although shops and restaurants are a few minutes' drive away, here you will find true relaxation, sea views, silence, and dreamy sunsets 🌅.

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND AUTONOMOUS CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in full freedom, without constraints.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 8:00 AM): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORT
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, the cost will be charged

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €1.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the reservation price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We ask you to respect the waste separation rules
• At the time of check-out, the apartment must be free of waste
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
