“I had a couple of issues, one was the bathroom. There was black gunk and hair in the corners and behind the toilet as the floor had not been cleaned sufficiently in weeks or months. It looks like they just ran a mop over the center of the floor. I always bring lysol spray and paper towels, so I cleaned it myself. “Even though i had a reservation, when I arrived, there were other guests there also trying to check in. One lady kept saying that they had no rooms, no WiFi, no cable. She finally through her arms up and left. Eventually another employee came out. A man with a scrub brush in one hand a a rum bottle in the other. He said there were no rooms so I left. Other customers were on their phones, trying to get refunds. The lobby and the building were nothing like the photographs on Expedia....

“From the entry to exit, everything was perfect! We loved it! The front desk, breakfast and housekeeping staff were friendly and welcoming, our room was perfect!
