Having stayed at this property multiple times over the past few years, I was already familiar with the hotel and had always appreciated its excellent location, beautiful views, and generally welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, this particular visit turned into one of the most disappointing experiences I have had at a hotel, not necessarily because of the maintenance issue we encountered, but...

Recomiendo altamente.”

“Lovely old colonial hotel on a quiet street in Veracruz. So it is great location. Walking distance to all the historic sites. I highly recommend it.”
