“The gentleman who checked me in was very warm and professional - he said “welcome back” which was true but he made me feel welcome like an old friend coming home. I travel to Goleta for business and ALWAYS stay at your hotel. I also love that the pillows and bedding smell fresh - I had one of the best night’s of sleep I can remember on the road 👍”

“Great hotel. Close to the airport though, so some airplanes taking off woke us in the early morning. There was also a mashine making noice outside the room. This was however a known problem and the staff offred us another room and this problem was circumvented. Very clean and fresh.”

Rooms, common areas and the grounds are immaculate and simply needs to be experienced. Staff is top notch! “This was our second stay at Pali House Santa Barbara. It’s our favorite place to stay! I would have given this most recent stay 5 stars except we were not told there was a wedding reception happening the one night we were there which included closing the entire patio area. There was quite a bit of noise/music but I will give the hotel credit for ensuring the music went off at 10:00pm. Other than that, we had an amazing time! Will stay again.”
