Spacious flat a few kilometers from Bologna, perfect for a family or a group of friends.

The flat is located on the ground floor of a small residential building. The entrance opens onto a corridor leading to the rest of the rooms. The living area consists of a sitting room with a large dining table, a comfortable sofa and a TV, and a separate kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of two bedrooms with queen-size beds; one also boasts access to a balcony. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub complete the layout.

Free wifi, a washing machine, air conditioning and individual heating will be available in the accommodation.

Nestled between the plains and rolling hills of the Samoggia Valley, Zola Predosa is a beautiful little town full of treasures.
Located on the outskirts of Bologna, just 12 kilometres from the capital of Emilia, it is an excellent starting point for discovering the area. In Zola Predosa, it is possible to visit 17th- and 18th-century villas, surrounded by carefully kept gardens and parks, where you can stroll and enjoy beautiful sunny days. Among the most important villas are Palazzo Albergati and Villa Edvige Garagnani. Art lovers should not miss a visit to the Ca' La Ghironda Museum Area, which houses works by artists such as De Chirico, Fontana, Picasso, Chagall and others.
Even the most demanding palates will be impressed by the food and wine products the area offers, including the Mortadella IGP di Bologna, which finds its world capital of production here.
A few kilometres from Zola Predosa, walkers can take the Sentiero dei Gessaroli (Gessaroli Path), which passes through oak woods and chestnut groves to reach the ancient chalk quarries.

Bologna airport can be easily reached in less than 15 minutes by car.
