“I had such a nice stay at this hotel. Fresh and clean room, good amount of space and fresh bathroom. The only con was that I found a lot of hair in the shower but other than that it was more than good. Great service. The staff is really nice and service minded. I will gladly ho back there again”

Everything was clean and tidy.
Elevators were fast (this can be an issue at other places and really annoying.)
What really stood out was the staff. They were really friendly and were attentive and took notice to what was happening around me. They always had exciting follow-up questions. It was just great having a conversation with the people at the reception.
Next visit to eindhoven will be in 1st or 2nd...

"Room smelled of cigarettes. No air conditioning. Terrible bed. No cleaning. When I went to front desk they said there should be a note on the bed saying that cleaning was only every other day. There was no note… Pretty noisy from the neighbouring rooms. Not at all four star hotel."
