We welcome the opportunity that Timothy has provided to respond. The staircase is open riser and has 3 tapered treads at the bottom the best way to judge the suitability of the stair should guests be concerned about mobility or the safety of young children would be to view the photographs on the website. The staircase can be viewed in the photograph of the dining area. We can provide a stair gate on request, however please note that we have a balcony to the main living space and to the principal bedroom which would require supervision of toddlers at all times. The internet is not normally 1Mbs more typically 3 to 8Mbs. Top up is made by credit card or voucher code purchased at shops and petrol stations. Typically 10 euros buys 5 days use, it is not necessary to purchase new credit everyday this is more usually done in one go for the duration of the stay. The website provides details of what is provided, however it would seem that in this instance Timothy read that linen was provided and assumed that this also implied towels . Unfortunately It is not practical for us to operate a concierge service in our location in Planina so please plan to bring your own towels. The beds are made up for the number of people staying so guests do not have to worry about bringing there own linen. We never experienced ants on the house before but they are in the forest so they may have been attracted by something in the house.
