âAmazing staff, very kind and extra helpful. Room with jacuzzi that made a perfect place to have a rest from the busy city life. Room was large and cleaning excellent. Location Iâd say the best in Belgrade. The only thing I would recommend is to put some sort of strip around the hotel room door to make it harder for sounds in the hotel corridor to pass into your room.
In the whole experience it doesnât matter, because everything was so amazing and affordable. Iâll definately come back.â

Additionally, it was off-putting to see guests from the upper floors throwing cigarette butts out the windows,which ended up at our balcony.

"SÀngarna var lite för hÄrda för mitt tycke, kranen vid handfatet var lös, rummet var ganska litet. Det var en vÀldigt liten reception och man behövde ta en gammal hiss för att komma till receptionen. Jag tyckte inte detta var ett fyrstjÀrnigt hotell utan det kÀndes mer trestjÀrnigt. DÀrför vart jag lite besviken dÄ standarden inte riktigt var som jag förvÀntat mig.
Det var ocksÄ ganska lyhört. Jag kunde inte höra nÄgot frÄn de andra gÀsterna i rummen bredvid - dÀremot mÀnniskor som pratade pÄ gatan utanför, musik frÄn nÀrliggande barer och bilar som körde utanför kunde jag höra nÀr jag var pÄ rummet och skulle lÀgga mig.
LÀget var dock vÀldigt bra med gÄngavstÄnd frÄn shoppinggatan. Det var ocksÄ supersmidigt med transfer till och frÄn flygplatsen. Det var bara att mejla hotellet och de var vÀldigt tillmötesgÄende och snabba pÄ att svara. "
"Had a lovely stay! The hotel was clean, bright, close to central area, super helpful staff, beauitful rooms and spacious rooms. Whenever we had questions the staff was ready to help with anything and they all were very professional. The breakfast was nice, would have loved to see some cut fruit but it covered everything you need."

The biggest issue was the lack of water in the room for over 10 hours due to maintenance. The hotel didnât offer any compensation, not even extra bottles of water. Despite not being able to shower or use the toilet for such a long period, they still charged the full room rate, which felt unfair given the circumstances.
