"Renlighet och frukosten var topp. Frukosten var dock väldigt dyr. Gratis fitness center och pool på plats, jättestort utbud där, maskiner, fria vikter, pull up bar, kondition etc. Vi saknade dock handduksvärmare och för klädtvätt (ej kem) fick vi använda en offentlig tvättomat ngn kilometer därifrån. Minus för att personalen drog för mkt från kortet vid incheckning. Personalen kändes inte heller flexibla. Gratis snacks, isglass, vatten och kaffe- chokladautomat I lobbyn uppskattades. Sammanlagt var det här ett av de bättre och fräschaste hotellen jag varit på men dyrt, Set ligger några kilometer från centrum. Dock är kommunikationerna bra)."

"Outstanding service from one off the staff member Alberto. He went above and beyond. That is the service you want. The rooms are not able to cool down durring july and it gets very very very hot"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very central, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, modern, and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"It was good. My room was a bit stuffy and I don't know when was the last time they open the windows. Thankfully, opening the windows was easy, but I had to do it several times a day for the air to feel somewhat fresh. But good overall."

"We just stayed for a night. The hotel was in a perfect spot, very close to the zurich central station and next to the polybahn. Also very close to old town, just few minutes of walking distance. The room was neat and clean, but it was extremely hot in mid-April even with windows open. The receptionist was kind to arrange for a fan on request and we were able to keep our luggage even after checking out and explore the city. Overall great stay!"
