All trash must be disposed of using the provided trash bags. We appreciate your help with recycling glass and cans. Excessively dirty apartments may incur additional cleaning fees.

>> No Parties or Events:
Parties or events are strictly prohibited.

>> Furniture:
Please do not move or rearrange furniture or large items inside the apartment.

>> Security:
Always close and lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.

>> Compliance with Local Laws:
Please observe all applicable local laws and regulations.

>> Check-in / Check-out:
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM

If you need to check in early or check out late, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

>> Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building.

>> Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

>> Damage:
Please notify us immediately of any damage.

>> Additional Costs for Damage or Loss:
Please report any existing damage or missing items upon arrival. If no report is made on the day of check-in, guests may be held responsible for any loss or damage discovered after check-out.
