"The hotel is great and was clean however the AC did not work the first night of our two night stay. The food choices at the buffet was also not great. We waited 2 hours at the Jamaican restaurant the first night and still left without dessert. Proper training of the restaurant staff is badly needed. ..."

"Just got back from this wonderful hotel. We spent 9 days here and we loved it. Yes there was a couple of things that took it down a bit for us but posetives definetly outweighed that. -the music by the pools were way to high all afternoons for us who wanted to relax.
