"Everything was great except for the elevator. They had three elevators, which were all incredibly slow. It took 10 minutes for the elevators to arrive. It was really slow and all the guests noticed it. We were taking bets on how long they would take as we waited."

A not recently renovated room – quite the opposite
"Late check-in after a 20-hour flight from Europe. We are met by a musty smell and generally poor air quality. We turn on the AC and go to bed. The next day, we discover a cracked toilet, door frames with no paint, and a shower curtain hanging down because the fitting has come loose from the cracked ..."
