Nice hotel with all sights within a few minutes walk. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms are fairly small but OK given the location. The breakfast was very good with a lot of different choices and not crowded. A nice bonus was the outside roof jacuzzi that you can use. Be aware that it will take a good 20 minutes to fill so make sure that you speak to the staff in advance. It was excellent to slide down in a nice cooling bath after a day walking in the Rome summer heat. We had a room facing the yard so we had no real view but in return it was very quiet so it was perfect for getting a good night's sleep.

Considering the price, the spacious rooms, and the fact that breakfast was included, I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars overall. This was my first time in Rome, so I don't have much local experience to compare it with, but I thought the location was good. The hotel was about a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station and within walking distance of the Vatican. I especially liked the neighborhood around the small square just outside the Vatican walls. We were a larger group of 11 people, and the hotel worked very well for us.
