My family and I greatly enjoyed this apartment and would recommend it for other families without hesitation.
The apartment was in a good state, had all the amenities we required and the host even provided extra services in the form of a high chair and a crib for our 11 month old.
Although we rented a car for our stay (for which a indoor parking spot is included in the rent) the public transport access is excellent. There is a bus stop literally in front of th building where several free of charge bus lines will take you in to town.
Any critique of this accommodation would just be nitpicking, so I'll refrain from doing it.
