They gave me a lot of security tips and wondered when I would be back and they were very socializing with the guest. Overall a good experience - superb breakfast, and everything else you can expect from a Holiday Inn hotel.
Our double bed room was also quite spacious.

"I had an unfortunate experience during my stay when I injured my foot on a small sharp object that was sticking up from the floor just outside the bathroom.
While the maintenance team promptly came up and fixed the issue, I was disappointed that no one followed up with me afterward to check on my well-being or provide feedback regarding the incident. I would have expected more appreciated more attention to this matter. "
