Didn't try the breakfast as my experience with breakfast in hotels in the US isn't that good so can't answer to that. But if you're like me and didn't want to take your chances with that there are some very nice breakfast places around. ”

“Loved this and will be back again although i did book a balcony room arrived early at 3 and it was not ready but my friends was , no big deal but when we arrived back at 5 it was not ready yet . I opted for a king of the same floor as my friend but it was the same price with no real applogy . A price decrease was requested and they said they couldnt do that . That felt unhelpful and not great customer service but overall we enjoyed our stay ”

“This rental is a lovely little house. It's very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. There is a great cafe/restaurant just a 2 minute walk away. We will probably stay again when visiting family.
One pointbof caution: the stairs may be too much for someone with joint problems or other mobility issues. ”
