Hotellet var hjälpsamma vi fick både checka ut senare och behålla vårt 4 bädds rum trots att vi bokat 2 bädds rum andra natten. Ingen frukost utan fanns en Starbucks i foajen.”

Not meeting what is promised

"The appartment was nice, little run down, entrence to hotel nice. We had room on 4th floor, but the walls felt thin because there was so much noice, both from street and other guests. We booked it because we wanted a kitchen. But kitchen was totally empty. We asked the reception and got a kitchen package, which had som plates, forks, spoons and kettles. No knives, no glasses or cups. When we asked again, they said it was not included, but they could give us some plastic cups - which never arrived. Non of the 2 TV was working, it took several exhances before it started to work. Overall, nice entrencence, nice space in the appartment but it really dont live up to expectations."
