âOverall no complaints. Felt like being at home. I go drop off my bags 4 hours early to find out that my room was ready. I really appreciate that. I was getting Reno done at my condo 10 mins walk from this hotel/condo. This morning place has more than my place. Love the in room washer/dryer and shower heads with the best water pressure. Also the eco stat which controls the air conditioning, perfect because it was 30+ outside. Staff was super friendly. This place will be on the top of my mind...
âThe room was clean and the beds were excellent. The service was great when we needed blankets and was missing a hair dryer. Only few minutes before they were delivered. The only thing that was to unsatisfaction was the fact that I had to ask for black tea bags every morning, and we were there four nights. The coffee could also be stronger please. â
âWe walked around the U of A grounds, it was beautiful and I felt safe. Extremely close to the Jubilee Auditorium which is beautiful venue to see broadway shows, ballet, etc.â
âGreat location! Downtown is easily accessible whether by foot or car. Tons of great restaurants around and activities.
The rooms are quite spacious and have a lot of amenities that look classy. My only complaint is how rough the towels were. â
âGreat view of the Edmonton river valley from the dining room and outdoor patio. The staff were all courteous and accomodating.
My wife's only complaint was the hair conditioner bottle was empty. Not a problem for me because I don't have much hair left and can't read labels without My glasses.

âFrom check in to check out double tree made our stay memorable. The area around can be a deterrent for some but the homeless around donât seem to be aggressive, but stay guarded and use caution anytime. The LRT is close, about a 17min walk to Rogerâs place.
Edmonton occasionally has a stench of sewage. Thatâs infrastructure and nothing the hotel can do. Our room was clean, and in the closet there was removable hangers which was a win for me. Everything worked. You can tell they have made some...

âMy stay at Urban Atlas was absolutely perfect. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Being right downtown with free parking made getting around super easy. I loved the espresso machine with decaf, tea, and hot chocolate optionsâŠsuch a nice touch! The AC kept things comfortable, and the dedicated workspace was great for getting some work done. Evenings were relaxing with cable TV, and the hosts were friendly and quick to respond. Iâd definitely stay here again!â
