General - Double washer/dryer with additional half bath, large flat circle drive for easy in/out boat parking, smart HDTVs throughout the cabin with Hulu + Live TV subscription provided on all TVs. The bedding for a sleeper sofa is located in the laundry room. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a 6% processing fee.

• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
