“I paid the extra charge for the breakfast when I booked the room, then I was charged again for the breakfast upon check out, I brought it to the attention of the Manager and he said “oh you’re exactly right, I will adjust that right now”, he did not, had to call again to get the charge reversed. The attendant that checked me in was not professional, burping while he discussed the room direction. The breakfast attendant was rude, only one of us ate breakfast, yet paid for two. It was...

“The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The TV was in a weird spot. The room facing the highway, we could hear the highway traffic.”

“Very basic. Tub/shower was not very clean and water pressure was minimal. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

“We loved the location and the accommodations. Very comfortable and Dawn made us delicious bread and muffins. This will be our first choice in any future trips to Albuquerque.”

“Decent hotel in a good area of Albuquerque. Nothing special but clean and does the job for a business visit. Room cleaning was only every third day “due to Covid”.”

“The breakfast is standard for express hotels, but is better (warmer, eggs and bacon more flavorful) than many I’ve experienced. It was good. Room heater/air conditioner is dated and dials did not have markings. Smelled like hot dust or something in the heater when I set heat high, the room was chilly. “Place provides free use of washer and dryer - novelty. The bar has Kareoke-be forewarned . Seems to be a neighborhood hangout.”

“Exelente ubicacion personal muy atentos y amables ricos desayunos ,habitaciones muy limpias también un exelente bar y restaurant roof top todo en solo lugar !! Muchas gracias por todas sus atenciónes !”

“The location is just off of I-25 so on a weekend night it gets loud because of the cars revving their engines also maybe because its directly across the street from a strip joint. The room didnt have curtains just a sunshade so im thinking thats why the noise was very audible. The waffle machine was not working but the other breakfast options were still good. I probably wouldnt stay again on a weekend.”

“Everything was GREAT!”
