“I paid the extra charge for the breakfast when I booked the room, then I was charged again for the breakfast upon check out, I brought it to the attention of the Manager and he said “oh you’re exactly right, I will adjust that right now”, he did not, had to call again to get the charge reversed. The attendant that checked me in was not professional, burping while he discussed the room direction. The breakfast attendant was rude, only one of us ate breakfast, yet paid for two. It was...

“The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The TV was in a weird spot. The room facing the highway, we could hear the highway traffic.”

“The breakfast is standard for express hotels, but is better (warmer, eggs and bacon more flavorful) than many I’ve experienced. It was good. Room heater/air conditioner is dated and dials did not have markings. Smelled like hot dust or something in the heater when I set heat high, the room was chilly. Turned dial to darker faded pink or red from bluish and clicked to different positions of the fan dial trying to get a comfortable temp. I gave up and let the room stay cooler than I...

“The location is just off of I-25 so on a weekend night it gets loud because of the cars revving their engines also maybe because its directly across the street from a strip joint. The room didnt have curtains just a sunshade so im thinking thats why the noise was very audible. The waffle machine was not working but the other breakfast options were still good. I probably wouldnt stay again on a weekend.”

“Decent hotel in a good area of Albuquerque. Nothing special but clean and does the job for a business visit. Room cleaning was only every third day “due to Covid”.”

“Great staff, although very busy times they did their best to help out every time we had a request. Room was simple but good. Had fridge and microwave.”

“Unfortunately the rooms were dirty and there are broken down cars in the parking lot. Used to be a nice place to stay.”

“Place provides free use of washer and dryer - novelty. The bar has Kareoke-be forewarned . Seems to be a neighborhood hangout.”

“Our room had a musty smell and the bed was hard, so we did not want to stay the extra night. It was too late for us to find a new place to stay. I will say even though we had 2 nights booked through a 3rd party you were willing to not charge us for the second night. That was helpful. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant too.”
